The hotel is very convenient to connect the MRT. The room is clean and well conditioned but it is small and there is no luggage strage space. The soundproofing is not parfect. The conversation at the corridor was noisy.

　Bugisという繁華街の中心に位置し、ショッピングセンター、ホーカー、駅（Bugis、Bencoolen）が周辺にあることから、シンガポールが初めての人でも、出張で数週間の滞在でも困ることが無い。 　徒歩でもクラークキーやリトルインディアといった隣接エリアにアクセスできる点も便利。 　ホテル内の施設もアメニティ、清掃と十分なレベルで日本人感覚でも不自由なく過ごせると感じられた。

Vor allem für Familien tolle Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht. Die Lage ist nahezu unschlagbar. Der Pool ist super. Mal die defekten Lampen austauschen ;-)

There is a lack of sound proofing in the rooms, we can hear all the noise in the neighboring rooms. The bathroom is non existent- they are just cubical with frosted glass so there is no privacy at all. We had the loft and it was so small with our young child and luggage the sofa bed dosent even fit properly. The room design lacks comfort- no where to hang used towels- no where to put luggages. Location is great but the hotel needs to re design the rooms.

部屋は、防音措置が、全くされていない。
7泊しました。 　部屋は、全室、隣の部屋との仕切りが扉一枚で繋がっているコネクティングルームです。防音設備が全く施されていないため、隣の部屋の音が丸聞こえです。テレビの音だけではなく、会話、スリッパの音、シャワー、さらには、トイレで用を出しているチョロチョロ音まで、聞こえます。さらに、カップルの激しい営みの声とベッドが揺れる音は、聞くに耐えられません。 　隣の部屋の住人が、テレビをつけたまま就寝すると、うるさくて、朝まで寝られなくなります。 　このような騒音は、隣人に注意するレベルではなく、まさに生活音なので、ホテル側が、きちんと、防音対策すべきことです。クレームを言いましたが、全て、同じタイプの部屋なので、改善の余地がありませんでした。 　ホテルの立地は、ブギス駅近くで、ショッピングセンターに行くのも、出かけるのも便利です。 　部屋の施設は、部屋が狭くて、シャワーのみでバスタブはありませんが、清潔でした。 　立地や清潔度は問題ないのですが、隣室の音漏れは耐え難いものがあります。 　このホテルを利用される方は、十分に状況を理解した上で予約されると良いでしょう。

The hotel is very handy to Bugis MRT which is on the East-West (Airport) train line and Downtown line that gets you over to the bay front. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is a nice pool area with a view whenever you need to cool off. There is a bit of street noise at night, so a higher up room is recommended.

Petite chambre, absence totale de rangement. Service de chambre à améliorer. 3 dans la chambre, pas de draps pour le sofa (après demande il a fallu deux appels pour avoir à peu près les accessoires demandés), pas de serviettes de toilette pour la 3ème personne, obtenues une fois sur 3 jours. La qualité du Mercure a bien baissé. Localisation intéressante pour SGP.

Most rooms are tight on space - we went with the queen bed loft which has a fold-out sofa bed for 1 on the main floor (front desk will arrange for extra bedding to be brought to your room). Upstairs is only for the bed and TV (no space for any luggage up there). My only real gripe is this desire in Singaporean and Malaysian hotels (not just Mercure) to have frosted glass toilets areas in the room right next to the living area?? Not much privavcy with that. Also, having sinks outside the toilet dont really contribute to better hygiene. Fixtures are great though and there's a separate filtered water tap for drinking or refilling a warer bottle before heading out. Didn't get a chance to chill at the inifinity pool (view is nothing special but was nice and clean with towels available). Lots of local places/mall nearby for a quick breakfast, so we didnt get the breakfast package. Overall, we slept well which is pretty important!

Missed opportunity, poor service, good location.
Poor hotel with poor, inattentive service. Nice facilities if you can find thrm yourself. No assistance from staff in any matter. Great location.

Property was centrally located and close to where we needed to go. Bugis street and other shopping areas including hawker centers were conveniently located and walkable.

Very convenient location near an MRT station. However, there was suspected black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom where previous water damage occurred. In addition, the only soap in the bathroom was in a dispenser fixed on the wall by the tub (and not by the sink.)

Small rooms and horrible design. Water pressure low, shower door inward facing making it hard to get in and out, toilet roll behind the toilet makes it hard to reach, clothes hanging area low causing shirts to hang over other the safe and amenities -wrinkles!!!, bed is comfortable but pillows are horrible… got neck and back issues after 5 nights on them. 5out of the 6 people also staying said they were not able to use them, resulting in us of clothes and towels to sleep. TV channels limited and many not working. Breakfast was not great, staff at restaurant unpleasant (chef literally bumped passed me rudely as I was getting food)… ate there twice and ended up going out for breakfast on the other days. Front of house staff were fine, but lied about a few things which was very disappointing. Never going back, and would highly recommend people AVOID this hotel

Nice but perfectible
Nice swimming pool (25m long !) open 6AM-22PM, unfortunately no light inside de siwmming pool so you can hardly swim before sunrise and after sunset. Small rooms but good comfort Breakfast is acceptable but not fantastic, it can be very crowdy and so very very noisy !! This holel as a bar but in the lobby so it really miss a quite place. Located in Bugis area, it is very convenient.
