Fabulous pool area, great place to relax on a hot day. For such a large hotel it felt peaceful and private.

It’s an amazing hotel to stay, but there’s only one thingI dislike while I spent my time there. While we order food delivery, my food only gets delivered by the lobby, and I have to go downstairs pick it up myself. Please think about the customer side, if I willing to go downstairs, why would I order food delivery?! Even they only able to deliver to the lobby, I do believe the hotel should have someone able to bring it up to the room. Besides this I really enjoyed my stay there with my sister, everyone is very kind and friendly.

Highly responsive to feedback and worked hard to resolve issues with our room abd actively followed up to ensure all was well. The pacific lounge is well worth it if budget was not an issue.

Restaurant ordering cumbersome particularly when special dietary needs required. Meals for 4 people not served altogether. One person finished their meal before others served. Took forever to be served one scoop of ice cream when ordered through QR CODE. Finally had to ask a human.

I stayed at the Pan Pacific for 4 nights with my mum and we both really enjoyed the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and had everything you need. My only gripe is that the mini-bar only has limited space to put your own items in there. Breakfast is fantastic and amongst the best I have had anywhere, lots of choice and most items are freshly made in front of you. Pool area is great, plenty of seating. The hotel is ideally located close to the Promenade metro station and is walking distance to the Raffles, Marina Bay Area and the Helix bridge, as well as a number of great shopping malls. The only minor negatives are that a pasta dish I had on my first day wasn’t the best and despite giving feedback was not offered an alternative or a reduction on the bill. They had also offered to leave a small welcome gesture in the room as it was mum’s birthday but suspect it was forgotten! All in all a great stay and would recommend to others.

Check in was very efficient and a very helpful Miss Receptionist. Thank you kindly for extending our check out time.🙏 We love the Table tennis 🏓 in this hotel but the net needs attention. The pool is huge! Staff are very friendly. Food service by the pool and room was great! Bed is very comfortable indeed, I'm not a fan of a small spaced toilet cubicle. Housekeeping team needs attention to details ( dust showing all corners as I open up the screen blind) Thank you for the extra tea bags and coffee pods! It certainly made our stay a homely one. I can recommend and will stay with you again in our next visit Power On Pan Pacific Singapore!

Stay in Skyline suite and celebrated my 50th birthday with my family in the Pacific club lounge. I have awesome great time filled with great memories during my 2 nights stay. I will be back soon to celebrate my hubby birthday. This time I will choose to stay in Pacific club with the marina view Highly recommended staycation.

So convenient to everything. Beautiful view of the Gardens by the Bay, Singapore Flyer, Marina Bay Sands, and harbour from the room. Concierge staff especially friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend the Hotel for your stay in Singapore.

We loved the Pan Pacific! We stayed 4 nights. The rooms have been beautifully updated, the location is very convenient to the train, and the pool are was pristine. We loved our morning breakfast buffet. If we come back to Singapore, we will stay here again.

The hotel is amazing, from when you get out of the car,all the way to your room. Room was large, very clean, no storage for clothes as we were staying for ten nights I couldn't unpack. Restaurant prices are very expensive, but the food we did have was lovely. Swimming pool was clean and well set out.
