menurut saya hotel fairfield tidak sesuai standard *4, mungkin 3+ breakfast banyak variasinya tp rasanya kurang tissue hanya ada di kamar mandi sehingga menyulitkan kami bila memerlukannya welcome drink yg hrs dipertahankan..air legen nya enak banget

My team was ferried from the hotel to conference premises so we didn’t hv our meals here. But the hotel and rooms are excellent, comfortable, clean and room service did well each day. We are grateful.

Many flys were found in my room. Cockroaches were observed near the refrigerator area. Some flys were also observed in 2F lobby on the table and the floor. The hygiene should be improved.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff
Super clean, comfortable and nice hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and will do anything to make sure you’re comfortable during your stay. This is by far the nicest hotel we’ve been at in Indonesia yet.

The hotel so basic, dirty carpet/ old and lot dusk/ crumb behind the curtain. I didn't expect this as Fairfield manage by Marriott. I had few time in different city and all much better. And some distance from amenities.

Great stay but eat out
Great staff members, especially front desk. Housekeeping on 10th floor was perfect. Only issue was dinner at the restaurant. Family of 5 and one dish delivered with long waiting periods. Food was of very poor quality and taste. Family finished their meals before my roast chicken was delivered. The chicken was tough and undercooked, upsetting my stomach overnight. Next day, a customer on my floor returned his chicken untouched to the front desk complaining how hard the chicken was.

Marriott??? BAD service.
Dirty room, bad service, its like 2 stars hotel. It doesnt show Marriott signature at all. Horrible breakfast, no social distancing at all!!

Banyak hal yang diluar expectasi saat mengunjungi hotel ini dengan logo marriot di dalamnya. Mulai dari masuk di pintu dimana satpam dan parkir tidak bs mengidentifikasi driver saya yang sudah menginap duluan dan berdebat soal karcis di subuh hari hingga ketika perasaan masuk properti yang masih kurang berkesan mewah. beberapa sudut dan detail teresan seadanya dan kurang bersih, nampak jarang dibersihkan, Masuk keruangan yang kurang terasa nyaman dan bahkan ada keramik di depan wastafel di toilet yg naik, jadi sunggu kurang terawat. Dan yang paling menggelikan adalah, saat sy mau mandi, tidak ada sabun dan sikat gigi yang merupakan barang standard. Padahal sy harus berangkat pagi bekerja. Makanannya banyak namun kualitas resto juga seadanya. dan kebanyakan yang bekerja adalah trainee. Satu hal yang membuat saya cukup lega adalah tempat tiur, dab bedcover cukup nyaman sehingga saya bisa tidur yang merupakan hal penting dalam perjalanan bisnis

スタッフがとても親切である。朝食はインドネシア料理を中心にして種類も多く美味しい。夕食付きで宿泊した。限られたメニューから選ぶ事が出来て美味しかったが、料理が出てくるまでに30分以上待った。
