Unpleasant service by front desk staff during chec
During I checked in, I was informed only the twin beds available against my booking for 1 king bed. However, another guest checked in after me and I can heard the reception was asking him which type of room/ bed he wishes for, and I asked the reception who served me why that possible? He checked again and turned out 1 bed room still indeed available for me, I finally secured this. This service/ experience by your front desk was unpleasant as gave misleading info to me and treated hotel guest differently. If I did not ask him, I will end up to stay at the room against my booking. Regards

Hotel dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan.

New and strategic located hotel
I booked this hotel via Hotels.com and found that there is no choice of room with breakfast on the list, even for the higher price. I booked one deluxe room for 2 nights and I thought it is including breakfast. But, unfortunately when I checked in, the staff told me I should pay for breakfast. Why there is no breakfast included room in Hotels.com? But, over all the room was nice and new, amenities were complete and bed was comfortable. It would be perfect if there is hot water kettle provided. Please include breakfast for room choices in the future.

Friendly staff, clean and closed to the shopping centre and restaurants. What I don't like about this property, the lobby is not in the first/ground floor. You need to go to different floor to reach the lobby from entrance floor.

Nice pretty new hotel in the central of the city Mall Tunjungan Plaza, very convenient for strolling around the 6 malls. Travel with family with a child, liked the overall hotel ambience, nice pool special for kids, although not like a waterpark but its very safe. Staff are all very attentive, service is good. Room wise, I had a nice big bed so we can sleep conveniently with our child, and big and soft pillows too. Big yes for location and bed quality.
