keseluruhan memuaskan, hanya swimming pool saja kurang luas dan akses kesana sedikit tidak nyaman. dari arsitektur terkesan sempit. pelayanan reception sangat baik kategori kamar mandi sedikit sempit dan TV juga kecil dan tidak nyaman untuk menonton karena ukuran yang tidak sesuai dengan kamar.

Nice hotel in a good location in Surabaya CBD. Staff were also very firendly and helpful. Like a lot of hotels post pandemic though the hotel is starting to show its age a little bit so will need renovating at some stage before too long.

Dusty Room lacking maintenance
We got room on 6th floor, we requested for a smoke free room - and we got a room on the older wing (this hotel was previously Mirama Hotel), however we found out the bathroom was running out of soap, refrigerator was non functioning and the chair cushion were dusty. I am allergic to dust - so the whole time I was there I kept on sneezing. very 'painful' experience.

6박동안 객실 청소와 서비스 문제로 매우 불편했음. 타올부족으로 거의 매일 재요청을 해야했고 바닥청소도 깨끗하지 못했으며 세면대와 샤워부스는 배수가 잘 되지않아서 방을 바꿨음에도 불구하고 계속 막혀서 불편했음. 6박으로 체크인했는데 5박째 되는날 카드키가 안되서 연장해야했음. 같이 간 사람도 같은 문제가 있어서 카드키를 연장해야했음.

Mercure Surabaya is well located in the city, getting around is not difficult. The hotel is suited for business travelers and couples as it has decent facilities for everyone including pool, gym, spa, etc. and a good collection of restaurants

rather disappointed in 4 star
Most of the staff were fab except a couple times we stood at concierge desk while the boys had their chit chat. Got my beer (butang)(yummy) before my friend and she ordered 1st. Told 2 other staff members b4 getting it. They were'nt busy. Disappointed that NO tourist desk. Its a 4 star. You get 1 towel per person and 1 bath mate. Unless you ask which they happily give. Thanks housekeeping staff. 1 toilet paper and its NZ budget. Other country people prefer toilet paper to water spray thing. You never know where thats been. Hairdressing staff were fab. Spent 2 days in there.

Mercure Grand Mirama Hotel always be our hotel to stay during in Surabaya. The position is in the main street of Surabaya and has a restaurant with delicious food (Trimurti Restaurant).

Centralized location, close to everything
Hotel staff was friendly and nice knew my name and room number, some of which I had never even met, knew who I was. Everyone smiled and was eager to please. Only tried the one of three restaurants and the coffee cafe. I liked how the bread and pastries were half price after 6PM. The bread and pastries were good. Coffee was really good too. I met a gentleman who worked there who told me he lived in Florida, you know the part right next to New Jersey. But he was very friendly and eager to talk to me. I enjoyed the conversation very much. People know I love to laugh. You want to stay at a nice hotel where the people care to make you happy at any cost. Then I would suggest coming here I loved my first stay in Surabaya Thank you very much

I'm totally upset Even after cnfm my room booking didn't Arange properly .like,,,,, 1)again asks me to booking room why?? 2)toilet arrangements like useng thinks are gives to use only one set I/o two why like this?? 3)denner : I got after orders and its half boil cooked !!!!!(finial give new one without cost Tks) 4)morning breakfast:after setting the table asks 1000 questions about payments?????why don't Arange some tocken system to avoid this kind of inselt???? I don't know others but,,,Sorry I'm totely upset this trip . Note: I alrdy register my complaint while check out. Tks.
