Unfortunately, in this case, we did not meet your expectations.Please be informed that our Housekeeping team overseen by a supervisor cleans all rooms with attention to detail to ensure that our standards are met. To avoid insects or bed bugs, we work with a special pest control company that does chemical treatments on a regular basis, which includes the termination of bugs and insects in any shape or form. This treatment is conducted by hot vacuum steam or using chemicals. When the rooms are occupied all linens are changed regularly to maintain our standards and to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of all our guests. I therefore ensure that no bed bugs can be found at Alaya Resort Ubud. Until up to now, no guest has ever mentioned a case of so.However, We truly understand your concern and we address our sympathy towards your situation.
