Jauh melebihi ekspektasi

The hotel has a beautiful and high ceiling resting areas which catched our attention. There breakfast provided wide range of cuisines and sitting next to the open area to enjoy the morning view. Every staff in the hotel is extremely friendly and always put on a smile whenever they see us. It was quite nice and enjoyable during our 4 nights stayed. We will definitely come back again.

Good hotel but cooling fan noise on pool side
Excellent location, walking distance to Molioboro... Good rooms but there are a couple very big and very laudy cooling system fans. Our first room was close to rhese fans. We requested to change our room to the other wing of the building. Little better but still noisy because of the fans. I suggest not to have room in the pool side because these fan issue. Get the room from strèet side.

The lobby and garden is excellent and elegant. The welcome Guava juice is very refreshing. Have choice of dining, we had Breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner at its Chinese restaurant. Quality is very good.

Beautiful picture, horrible hotel, Nice personal
Hotel that had it’s glories times, with really bad maintenance, looks dirty in común areas and also in rooms. Bathrooms are very old and need a remodelación, giving a horrible perception to guess. Have to mention that personal is very NICE and their service is GREAT , this is the only difference at hotel Guess type are people with really bad manners in all areas including restaurants as some of them with the feet on the chairs and eating horrible, (Sales department at hotel, you need to look for the kind of guess that you want at your hotel ) Breakfast is good but will be better if there is people NOT having cleanliness when serving food . My humble comment is “not to have buffet because of guess dirty” Have to mention that is hotel is well ranked in Hotel.com and others places but for me should be a 6. For a little bit of the price better you can get a Better ranking hotel , because is not a cheap hotel in the city , comparing to other hotels there. Choose this one because of the Brand , but not worth it Melia corporate area in Madrid need to check the standards for this hotel . My humble comment is Have better choices with another local hotels,

My hotel stay was absolutely amazing! The customer service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to provide the best service possible. They even surprised us by upgrading our room from a junior suite to an exclusive suite. The room was stunning, with luxurious amenities and a comfortable bed. Very relaxing resort specious hotel in convenient area. The most of staffs are very friendly and kind. Walking distance to the shopping area in the town. Fijn verblijf hier gehad! Mooie kamers, lekker ontbijt, zwembad was mooi maar aan de koude kant, sportruimte prima. De accommodatie is op sommige punten toe aan vernieuwing, maar overal een prettig hotel.
