Tiba di hotel pkl 14.00 baru bisa masuo kamar pkl 16.00, tapi itu terbayar, anak2 langsung pada berenang dan saya bisa istirahat, kedepannya waktu pelayanan lebih di tingkatkan

Lovely stay

It is my second or third times staying in this hotel, althought it is old, it well maintain and resonable priced. Staff are polite and accomodating. Really enjoyable stay. Always come back to this hotel when in Jogja.

Hotel yang berisik

Kemarin malam saya menginap di Sheraton jogja , berisik sekali. Tgh malem bunyi orang berjalan2 di lantai atas dan suara orang berbicara dan tertawa dari kamar sebelah sangat jelas kedengaran sehingga mengganggu istirahat saya. Ditambah di pagi hari ada keriuhan acara di taman depan dan sangat amat berisik dan mengganggu istirahat saya. Sepertinya ruangan kamar tidak kedap suara shgga terdengar jelas suara dari manapun dan untuk ukuran hotel berkelas seperti Sheraton seharusnya itu tidak terjadi. Mungkin itu saja keluhan dari saya. Tolong ke depan nya lbh baik lagi.

Nice Old Hotel with Excellent Service

I stayed for 2 night with friendly staff and nice room even little bit old style but still convenient to stay in. The hotel close to Prambanan temple and airport. Overall, love this hotel and will be back for good.

Kamar belum siap saat check in

Kami check in pkl 15.00, tp dr 6 kamar yg kami pesan, hanya 3 kamar yg sudah siap. Kami harus menunggu ± 2 jam hingga akhirnya kami dapat kamar. Sungguh awal yg kurang menyenangkan bagi kami, mengingat hotel ini hotel berbintang 5 dan memiliki jaringan internasional. Kamar luas dan kebersihan kamar cukup baik, namun peralatan kamar dan kamar mandi sudah tua (hotel bintang 5 tapi televisi msh TV tabung !) Lokasi hotel ini dekat bandara tapi jauh dari pusat perbelanjaan.

Di jalan utama, banyak restoran, akses mudah.

Hotelnya sangat bagus dengan pelayanan yang sangat baik. Layanan breakfast dengan beragam pilihan. Fasilitas hotel yang sangat lengkap. Dan lingkungan hotel yang cukup bersih. Harga makanan yang tidak terlalu mahal. Hanya saja bentuk kolam renang yang dibuat seperti taman, membuat kegiatan berenang tidak leluasa. Saya pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini.

Adequate but not as good as the photos suggest

This hotel had a grand(iose) reception area/lobby and facade, but the room needed some work -- it felt old, tired, and was somewhat falling apart. Also, the way that the room's door opened made it very awkward to pass especially when lugging a bag.

Family stay for 3 night

Stay with whole family of 14 people. Check in process was easy and recieve all what we requested. Breakfast was grate and tasty. staff was very helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool. Pool was big and castle type Slight draw back was the aged building. Maintenance team do their best but doors and windows are old.

It is a unique and spacious facility with a very nice pool and relaxing but beautiful atmosphere. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was great. Their promotions posted on the walls were not updated though. And they did not clean one of our rooms. Also, there was a blood stain on one of our sheets. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Médiocre

Hôtel absolument pas entretenu. Cet hôtel doit être complètement rénové car inadmissible d’accueillir des clients dans cet environnement. Les chambres sont sales, les sanitaires à la limite de l’insalubrité. L’extérieur presque en ruine. Les transats de piscines à mettre à la poubelle. Le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer également. Ceci est loin d’être un 4,5 étoiles. C’est une honte pour la gamme Sheraton.

There are so many ants in the restaurant. Facility also not so good. There are noise from AC. The glass which was served for welcome drink was dirty like remain lipstick. I think this hotel is so old. So maintanance is very important.

落ち着いた雰囲気のリゾートホテル。レストランやバー以外にも、土産屋やカフェがあります。バーは親切で、スナックをサービスしてくれました。コンシェルジュもタクシーの手配などスムーズ、短期間でも世界遺産まで問題なく往復できました。

The thing that really makes this hotel outstanding is the helpful and charming staff who make staying there a real pleasure. The rooms are also nicely refurnished, at a good size and the architecture is fantastic. The spa and its staff are especially good. Most of all, it is the people that make this the best place to stay in Yogyakarta.
