"The entire exterior is under construction and is an eye sore. The lobby at the 8th floor often seems unorganized and chaotic, Rooms could use a facelift. The Air conditioning was not very strong. The rooftop bar could also use an upgrade! However, the area was close to the main events. Not far from shopping or the Pakace."
