"The rooms were very clean and good size. My husband and I loved the bathtub - shower. The room had so many amenities that were available and at no extra cost (like in the states)!"

"I LOVE this hotel and feel like at home. The location is very near with dontonburi, free drink all the time, free massage chair especially after you are going out all day it is very comfortable, having coin washing machines and when i want to go to rapi’t station to go air port, the officer drop us to the station and it is free 😀 … the best thing they are really care about customers and i got free upgrade room too … we will come back here again !!! "A very good hotel with lots of amenities! Free breakfast, drinks, (including alcohol), and spacious rooms. Very well located right on Dotonbori street near all the action. Comfortable beds and a massage chair in the room, it's hard to beat. Staff are helpful and know enough English to converse. Lots of stuff to do in the hotel alone, though of course the neighborhood is very exciting too."

"Certain staff members were very helpful and kind. The common spaces were very clean as were the basics in the rooms. The rooms are a bit small and the lighting somehow has many options but few useful ones. Adding breakfast is a good choice and there are many options. The rooms could use a good deep clean as the walls were quite dusty behind furniture."

"The room is clean, and the staff is friendly. However, the pillow is very flat and uncomfortable. We asked for more pillows, but they said they would not provide any. We booked 1 full-size bed for 2 adults; that pair of pillows looks like for 1 adult. This is the first hotel that refused to provide more pillows during my visit. Otherwise, the location is very good, and the room design can fit 3 big suitcases if you flip the chair upside down on the desk."

"Once again, Dormy Inn maintains the standard. We used Dormy Inn at Ginza and really enjoyed our stay so we booked the same hotel chain again in Osaka. Location is great and within 5-10 minutes distance to the subway station. Staff are helpful and polite. Love the onsen and the ramen noodles after 9:30pm. Washer is free and dryer is only 100 yen for 20 minutes and it is not crowded. Overall, Will definitely use the same hotel chain whenever we visit Japan."
