"Einfach nur eine dreckige Umgebung! Hoteöeingang sehr dreckig. Die Zimmer habe ich nie gesehen. "I stayed at the Peace Hotel with my three children. Pros: excellent breakfast and very convenient to metro and shopping. Cons: rooms and lobby could use updating and my teenage and adult son had to share a foldout couch which was not advertised ahead of time when we booked a room for four people. The nonsmoking floors smell strongly of cigarettes in the hallway."

"We stay from 17-24 May (7 nights) The receptionist held deposit 12000RMB when we checked-in. When we checked-out the cost was 8342.73RMB. The receptionist told me there will be a refund to my account in its original form. On 29May I received 200RMB from them. I immediate send email to ask and phone call to followed. My reply was have to be checked my bank cause the money 3657.27RMB was returned. I don’t know how and where to get help to have my money back. The ridiculous was the hotel ask me to call Expedia to find out what happened. They took money from my credit card and insisted returned. I still waiting there investigation!! This was my very bad experience I ever had in the past."
