I really loved the quiet area, the easy parking, the quick response when i asked where the garbage bags were, the spacious feeling rooms. I didn't love the dark long hairs all over the bathroom floor and the bathroom floor was sticky.... the well-worn mattresses and flat pillows had my husband and i both tossing and turning all night. The yard and outdoor areas were very pretty and a lot of effort put into that. The view from our window was really pretty too. It was just fine for our family but the dirty bathroom was the part that really bothered me.

For the money, this was EXACTLY what we wanted. The place is very quiet, super cute!!! and has a nice view. 110% would stay here again without a 2nd thought. We travel a lot and this was as good as it gets for our expectations.

Hello I have issues with people in communication in Harbor Inn, when we coming nobody answer phone only text messages.Yesterday I checked my credit card charge me 150.00 dollars for my Aminal Support dog .Nobody tells anything about,no answer phone,text messages we can do it ….We travel with our animals support all time ,we been so many places and states never happened anything like this,also we send animals support dog card Harbor Inn but still they Charge ous.Place is nice but communication with personal is problem only text messages.Thank you Have nice day Adam

Love the quietness of the area. Property was easy to find. Check in was easy. Room was roomy and just right. Bed was a bit soft and in need of replacement. Had a coffee maker and frig which was just the right size. Clean property and rooms. The office/common room had dishes, stove and microwave, etc if you wanted to cook food/meal. Would recommend and will stay there again. There is a small park just around the corner of the hotel if you want to sit by the water.

Love the location like that it’s quiet works perfect for us every time we come up to the area. Have a small coffee pot refrigerator microwave TV that we never use everything we need for a quick weekend getaway. Thank you!!

Everything was excellent, my only recommendation is it may be time to replace one of the mattresses. Highly recommend if you don’t want to be around a lot people and don’t mind driving to the shopping areas.

Excellent experience for our anniversary weekend. Quiet, perfectly sized room with a great water view. Only two miles from Washington Island Ferry. We would definitely stay here again.

Didn’t like the property got charged 358 when the bill was 203 later at the hotel and we used the girlfriends card and got charged 358 when it should of been just 203 and the guy was just rude and even trying to get a hold of him about charges and he’s just rude

We stayed in Troll Cottage, which was a pleasant surprise and perfect for our little family. It was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. The staff was helpful and friendly. We loved being away from the busier spots like Sister Bay or Ephraim. Beautiful views! Would definitely stay there again!

This place was beautiful. It was cute, quiet, peaceful, and clean. Right across from the lake. Beautiful view from the Garden room every morning! The room was great. Couch bed not too bad. King bed of course way better. Nice updated shower. Mini fridge and micro in room but a great kitchen you can cook your own food in. Kitchen you share with others but we only ever saw one other family who were lovely. Some rooms have kitchinettes. This place was beautiful. Easy contactless check.in. Inn keeper always around. I will definitely book again! Fell in love with this area.
