Went to check in and they said there was a problem with the payment but i had already paid so i had to get into contact with Expedia which took like 20 mins of being on hold. Then when that was finally resolved and I got my key, we went to find the room. We got to the room and the door was ajar, i walked in and the room was not cleaned. I immediately contacted the staff and had to get a new room.. the lights are automatic so you walk by and they turn on. Which is terrible if someone is trying to sleep. The bed was not comfortable. The AC/HEATER unit was nasty. Like people spill stuff and it didnt ever get cleaned properly. They looked like they were renovating. So i hope it is better for someone else in the future.
