For a short overnight stay it was fine, but the rooms are very tiny - as is the sink in the bathroom, not really usable. Housekeeping entered our room twice without announcing - for one night’s stay I don’t understand why they’d need to at all. Breakfast was very basic

The location of this hotel was great, really easy to get to/from the tube stations. My room was very comfortable and perfect for what I needed. The staff was incredible, so helpful and kind. Enjoyed staying here and can definitely recommend to anyone else going to London.

Planned to take a train out of Paddington first thing in the morning so wanted to stay close by, perfect for that. Rooms are quite quite small with even smaller bathrooms. Good for 1 night but would be tough for a multi day trip. Easy access to/from Heathrow and to the rest of the city.

Great location, 3min walk to Paddington, small property but very friendly and helpful staff. Upgraded us to a slightly larger room. Nothing extravagant in room but clean, floor creaked slightly. Overall great place to stay!

Sadly, we arrived pretty late in the evening and then got an early text that flight later in the day was cancelled and had to rush to the airport. SO, we didn't get to appreciate all this place had to offer. What we did experience was very helpful and polite staff, a very comfortable bed, and a quiet room. We were looking forward to the breakfast that we had heard great things about...but had to bolt. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very nice overall, but we did feel as if some of the staff where not very energetic or eager to be there for us. The breakfast was okay, nothing extraordinary. And the staff during breakfast weren’t either very ”top”; they seemed tired. The room was super nice-the sink was very very small so it was hard to wash our face without getting the whole floor wet. Since we didnt spend so much time there it didnt affect us at all (and it didnt realy until thinking about it), and we had a cozy time anyway.

I have never stayed in a room where there was nowhere to hang your clothes other than one hook on the wall. No closet, no hangers. Nothing. Not great for a business trip when you need your shirts to be hung properly.

The room is extremely tiny and there's hardly any free space. You can't have your luggage on the floor opening up. There is no desk, so you must eat, write, and do everything on the elevated bed. The worst part is that there is no soundproofing. You hear everything your next-door neighbors say, do, even when they whisper and sigh. It's quite unbelievable. They do have a convenient location and the staff was nice,.

This is a beautiful, obviously newly renovated hotel done in lovely decor. It is perfectly situated (5 minute walk) from Paddington Station which is why we chose it. The staff were welcoming and gracious. Our room, charmingly called a "cabin" was ridiculously small even for London standards which is why I gave the 2 star rating. Due to some glitch the door to our room did not have a room number (?). We did have a king size bed with beautiful linen but the only other piece of furniture in the room was a small day bed located 14 inches from the bed. This was the only place to put our two carry on suitcases. The room had no closet, chair, dresser, desk, luggage rack nor any place these items could have been located. With our (very small) suitcases on the daybed there was no other place to sit in the room besides the bed.The bathroom was reasonable size but alas, no place to set down toiletries. There were only 2 electrical outlets in the entire room. The view from our window was an outside staircase. The hotel does have a gym but my husband was told that it was already occupied by the maximum of 2 people and he was thus unable to use it.

Stunning French Boutique Hotel with Fabulous Staff

Stunning boutique hotel, with a French Parisian vibe, beautiful decor, and amazing staff. Honestly I was blown away! Breakfast was Fab, the bar was cute and cosy and the room was very comfortable, clean and cosy.
