"Fabulous view of the Kanawa river. Was able to park right in front of my room, super convenient. Owner super nice. Great rate. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Quiet on the river side but could hear traffic outdoors but quiet at night. The bathroom could use a little more cleaning. But overall really enjoyed my stay."

"Friendly staff. Location is excellent. Rooms perfect for all needs. Extended stay is relaxing with lovely pool . Elevators of you can’t do stairs. Will always stay if I need a place close to Hot Springs . Best rate and best place. On site small general store for the little things. Absolute quiet from pool after 10pm. No worries. Cleaning staff excellent. Problems are addressed . Management hands on. Currently under Renovation for bar and food service. Fast food on either side fur late...

"Beautiful Victorian home that was decorated perfectly for the era! The family was super friendly and helpful! The children were there when we first arrived and were adorable, pleasant and so well behaved! Delicious, warm chocolate chip cookies were available when we checked in. Breakfast was really good. They served warm homemade muffins, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee and more! We were very pleased and will definitely stay again if we are in the area. "
