"People at front desk were very helpful and nice. Location was perfect and The room was clean and property was nice. However, we got a room with a “pull out couch” and one of us planned to sleep on it… this is NOT a viable sleeping arrangement!!! You can not sleep on this. It is worn out and the most uncomfortable spot to lay on!!! Please do not be fooled by an “extra” sleeping spot. Your back and legs and hips will be extremely angry !!"
"Great stay, staff friendly and willing to help. Rooms were clean and roof top was spacious with great views, coffee and water stations were an added bonus. Will definitely come back."
"The hotel is in an excellent midtown location, close to subway stations, excellent resteraunts on 3rd avenue and walking distance to St. Patrick's cathedral and 5th avenue shopping. We also enjoyed that it was attached to a Starbucks for access to early morning coffee. The staff were all wonderful except for a young woman in the gift shop where we picked up complimentary water. The bed was very comfortable and I have to say the showerhead was the best! The only issue (minor) we had is the vent fan in the restroom didn't work. We did not go to the bar or restaurant but they looked awesome and inviting. Would definitely stay here again."
"Sheet cover had small stain and a strand of hair found in the sheets. Quickly sorted but no a good start. Apart from that no issues. Good central location. Homeless and others are around but no problem. Just leads to the atmosphere. Not under the control of the hotel."
"Great hotel. Courteous and friendly staff. Only complaint is there was only 1 elevator working for a few of the days we were there which made it hard having to wait 20+ minutes for an elevator one way. Great location with great food choices and coffee shops close. Would definitely stay again just on a lower floor!"
