"Hotel itself is great. All of the staff EXCEPT for the front check in desk are superb. The check in is misery there. They don’t honor any Hilton Honors benefits, say no to everything and to top it off, reception sent a letter to my room an hour after I checked in stating they undercharged us $5 so be prepared to pay that at checkout. A formal letter shoved in the door crack to collect this “debt” after being there less than an hour and refusing Hilton Honors benefits are enough reason for me to stay elsewhere next time I’m in Nagasaki."
