The check-in process is very inefficient. They don't send the keys and rules in time, and they give instructions piecemeal. We had to check in from the front door of the accommodation. I called EXPEDIA, but they couldn't contact the accommodation. I texted through the app, but it didn't work (since it's a private accommodation). When I landed in Canada, I still had no instructions or access to text messages, so it was very difficult to make the deposit from there, which I should have done from Spain ahead of time. They gave instructions piecemeal. It's untrue that they gave instructions 72 hours before arrival. I would never book with them again. The room is fine and quiet.
