"Restaurant very good and convenient for breakfast and lunch. Tesla chargers in garage free for the price of parking. Walking distance to tourist sites."
"I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel and the bar. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers."
"I stayed in the Diplomat Suite at The Hamilton Hotel for five nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. The internet connection in the suite was extremely unreliable and often unusable, which created significant problems because I was working remotely during my stay. On multiple occasions I had to leave my room and work from the hotel lobby just to get a stable connection.
Housekeeping was another major concern. Despite staying for five days, our room was never properly serviced. We did not receive the level of cleaning and housekeeping support that should be expected during a multi-night stay, especially in a suite category.
The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff I interacted with were polite, but the combination of poor Wi-Fi and the lack of room cleaning significantly impacted the overall experience. For a hotel at this price point, I expected much better operational standards and guest service.
I would not choose to stay in the Diplomat Suite again unless these issues were addressed."
"This is a great location, just off Rock Creek Park, in a vibrant neighborhood but away from downtown. Convenient to the Metro. The area is well served by restaurants. In summer there is a terrific pool with ample deck space and lounges. During our stay we observed children and adults happily sharing the water.
It is a large property, with lovely gardens. The front desk staff are helpful."
Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington D.C. – Convention Center
10/10 Excellent
"I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the valet parking team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which set a positive tone right away. I really appreciated being able to get my room early, it made things much more convenient after a long trip.
The lobby staff was equally, professional and helpful.
The location is another big plus, with easy access to shopping and a variety of great restaurants nearby, making it perfect for both convenience and leisure.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options and fresh, high-quality food.
Overall, the service, location, and hospitality made this a very enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider coming back."
