"We stayed four nights over there and really enjoyed it. The hotel arranged the pick up at the airport and came up with daily sightseeing plans which all worked out very well. The staff (e.g. Robert, Nancy, Michael/Min) were all very helpful and supportive. They answered all our questions and marked the sequence of scenic sites/stops on the map for us. They also helped book all the park and show tickets for us which saved us a lot of time. Overall, it’s a great experience for us. We really appreciated it. Ed and family"

"The staff was great, they warned us at check-in that there is construction going on across the road overnight and that we may need to use the ear plugs provided, or we could choose to find another place - we decided to stay and we’re glad we did, as we couldn’t really hear any noise from the construction site. Breakfast is excellent, so much variety, and they have Jura coffee machines, I was quite impressed. They provide unlimited water bottles and offer free self-laundry facilities, extremely useful. There are many good places to eat just outside the hotel, and the entry to Tianmen Mountain is right across the street. This hotel is a great choice for a stay in Zhangjiajie."

"Horrible hotel. The staff insisted that I need to pay for the laundry before giving me back my clothes, just because I never deposit, despite I said I will pay upon check out as we are so tired after a full day of walking. But staff still wanted me to go all the down to the lobby to make payment first. Very inconsiderate and unhelpful staff. The breakfast spread is ok, but to me not enough choices. And 3 lifts, 2 were spoiled. Never stayed such a lousy 5 star hotel before."

"This was the best place I’ve stayed at in my entire trip to China and the spots I stayed at before this were all 4-5 star hotels. This place was just so cozy it had such a homey feel. The rooms were super clean, there was attention to detail like restocking water in the room everyday and the best thing was the staff. The girl at the front Jojo or 周燏嫣 was so helpful and kind. She was super knowledgeable about all the parks and went out of her way to help us map out the route for each park and even marked them on a physical map for us. Overall just such an amazing experience will definitely be coming back."
