Nice staff, always helpful and polite. Location is great, pool was nice, breakfast is excellent. Clean room, clean sheets and towels. Toilet was not clean, you could see it was wiped down but not clean and fresh.

The Click Clack Hotel Medellin
Good location. Very small room. My biggest issue was they wouldn’t let my friend into the rooftop bar/restaurant so that we can eat dinner. We had reservation and everything!! the girl that was working the door was very rude and unprofessional. She held us up for a while almost missed our reservation ...
