"My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. A little out dated on a few items, but nothing to complain about. The TV's had netflix on them, so the kids could watch before bed. The walk to the beach was short, just across the road maybe a 3-4 minute walk. Even with it being the 4th of July week, the beach was not over crowded. The only complaint we had is the elevator was broken. They had to order the part, so it was out our entire stay. It was not fun carrying all...

"Portofino resort property is beautiful. The condo has not been maintained. Have been vacationing at Portofino for 2 decades/many years and have never been in a three bedroom unit that has not been maintained like this unit. The carpets need to be removed and replaced. The kitchen dishes and utensils all need to be evaluated. The furniture needs to be maintained. The mattresses need to be replaced. I am not a complainer and generally satisfied, this unit should be reevaluated before being rented....

"The inside was nice and had a nice courtyard view. The parking area was unkempt. Hard to find for us initially and for delivery drivers…not well marked at the entrance. Keypad lock entry was finicky. Very responsive staff via text."

"The condo was furnished with basic cooking and baking utensils. It was clean and had a great view of the bay and the ocean. 3 bedroom and bath were spacious and fit our needs perfectly. We would rent here again. "

"I would suggest to the owner to strongly consider putting in a king size bed due to the bedroom being large enough to accommodate it. "
