"Great location, out of the main part of Kyoto but still with good transport options. Room was a good size and clean. We had breakfast included in our stay which was good to start the day, quite small selection. We used the washing machines on site which were easy. Value for money was excellent, recommend if you are wanting to stick to a budget but not compromise on the important things."

"Rooms are small. But ideal location for shopping and dining. There are two properties with similar names. So a bit confusing when first arriving as there is another one much nearer to the train station . "
