What you can expect

    Book and certificate of completion. PADI registration.
    If you want to try scuba diving for the first time, but aren't quite ready for a certification course, Discover Scuba Diving will let you learn basic scuba diving skills before taking a full scuba diving course.

    We include:

    • Theory and online registration with the PADI eLearning training programme, approx. 30 minutes. We will also give in-person theory at the Alcalá Scuba Diving School, approx. 60 minutes.

    • One hour of underwater practice in a heated pool

    • Registration of the experience with PADI

    • Insurance

    • All necessary equipment for the activity (high-end)

    • Underwater videos and photos of the experience in digital format

    We have to do a theory session before going to the pool. It's usually on a Thursday before the experience at 6:00 PM or on the same day at 1:00 PM. If you can't make it, that's no problem. We can arrange another day and time.

    The pool practice is on Saturday afternoon. You can choose a time slot: 4:00-5:00 PM / 5:00-6:00 PM / 6:00-7:00 PM / 7:00-8:00 PM

    On the day of the theory session or when completing the eLearning, you will have to fill out a medical questionnaire. If you have to answer YES to any question on the medical questionnaire, you will have to bring a medical certificate stating that you are FIT FOR RECREATIONAL SCUBA DIVING
