Our mill has chosen to participate in olive oil tourism because today's tourists are increasingly interested in local businesses and want to get to know the producers who protect the landscape, including through their sustainable choices. For this reason, and to bring the mill to life all year round, we have equipped ourselves with a state-of-the-art food tasting room. Here, after the tour of the production area, there is a guided tasting of our oils, followed by a food tasting of bruschetta accompanied by a platter of cured meats and cheeses with wine pairings. Smell and taste are the main senses engaged during these gourmet experiences, designed to help participants understand the various types of oil, the differences in aroma and flavour, and the pairings in the kitchen.
This type of experience is aimed at small groups of friends, families and couples.
