Bodrum Castle will be our first stop. Bodrum Castle stands where the sea meets history, rising proudly above the harbour like a timeless guardian of the Aegean. Built by the Knights of St. John, its stone walls carry the strength of centuries, yet there is a quiet elegance in the way it embraces the turquoise waters around it. As you walk through its towers and courtyards, you feel the layers of history unfold, echoes of sailors, warriors, and travellers who once passed through these very gates. From its heights, the view stretches endlessly across the shimmering coastline, where sky and sea blend into one. It’s a place where the past feels close, yet peaceful, where every stone tells a storey, and every corner invites you to pause and take it in. Bodrum Castle is not just a monument; it is a meeting point of history, beauty, and the soul of the sea.

The Bodrum Underwater Archaeology Museum feels like a quiet journey beneath the surface of time itself. Set within the walls of Bodrum Castle, it invites you to discover stories that once lay hidden beneath the sea, ancient shipwrecks, delicate glass treasures, and artefacts that have travelled through centuries of silence before finding their way back into the light. Each piece carries the mystery of the deep, shaped by waves, time, and forgotten voyages. As you wander through its halls, there is a sense of wonder in knowing that these objects were once part of lives lived on distant shores, carried across vast waters. The soft light, the stone surroundings, and the calm atmosphere make it feel almost like you are drifting through history, uncovering secrets that the sea carefully kept for generations. The museum is more than a collection; it is a bridge between the depths of the ocean and the richness of human history, where every artefact tells a storey waiting to be felt.

After exploring the magnificent Bodrum Castle and underwater museum, we will enjoy a delightful lunch at the famous ocakbaşı restaurant; one of the finest traditional kebab restaurants in the city. Here, you will savour a rich selection of expertly prepared beef and lamb dishes, accompanied by a variety of authentic Turkish meze, offering a true taste of local culinary tradition.

After the lunch, we will go to explore Bodrum amphitheatre. Bodrum Amphitheatre rests quietly on the hillside, as if watching over the city and the endless blue of the Aegean beyond. Carved into the rock thousands of years ago, it carries the spirit of another time, when voices, music, and stories once filled its stone seats under open skies. Today, it stands in peaceful silence, yet somehow still alive, holding echoes of the past in every curve and step. As you sit among its ancient tiers, the view unfolds before you, whitewashed houses, the shimmering sea, and the soft horizon where sky and water meet. It is a place where history and beauty come together so naturally, you almost forget where one ends and the other begins. Bodrum Amphitheatre is not just a monument; it is a moment. A place to pause, to feel, and to quietly connect with the timeless rhythm of the land.

After exploring the Antique Theatre of Bodrum, we will visit the Windmills. A trip to Bodrum, Turkey, would not be complete without a visit to one of its most famous landmarks. Prominently sitting high on a hill of the Bodrum peninsula are the windmills. While they have long gone out of service, the windmills are a must-see stop for thousands of tourists each year. For some, they are a glimpse into history and culture. For others, it is a chance to see the vast land from a new perspective. Then finally, for some, they are simply a beautiful spot for grabbing some great holiday pictures. The Bodrum Windmills stand quietly on the ridge between Bodrum and Gümbet, where the wind never seems to stop and the horizon opens endlessly in every direction. The Bodrum Windmills are not just remnants of history, they are a quiet meeting point between nature, time, and the enduring soul of the Aegean.

And lastly we will try a traditional Turkish coffee at a panoramic terrace in Bodrum city and enjoy the view of Bodrum city. A great way to end the day with a Turkish coffee, watching the sunset at the best spot in town; at The Marmara's terrace. (with a little suprise)
