We will start our tour in front of the Central Train Station and explore from there on the cit on foot. Along the way, we will visit Beethoven monument and his actual birthplace, as we uncover the life and legacy of Germany's most celebrated composer. We'll step inside the impressive Bonn cathedral and learn the fascinating history of the city patron martyrs Cassius and Florentius.
In the vibrant market square we'll admire the old Town Hall as well as a memorial that shed light on the Nazi era and the WWII. We will talk about the critical role of Bonn as capital city of western Germany after the war. At this same square we are going to see also the oldest restaurante in the whole area.
We will also see remnants of the medieval city wall and walkt through centuries of local history. And of course, no visit to Bonn is complete without a stop at the flagship HARIBO store - home to the iconic local sweets!
