What you can expect

  • Travel from Chengdu to Xi'an by bullet train for a guided tour of the UNESCO-listed Terracotta Warriors. If you have extra time, you can climb Xi’an’s remarkably preserved ancient city walls or stroll around the Muslim Street to experience the local life and try their tasty snacks.

    Start your day with pickup from your hotel in Chengdu and head to the train station. Board the bullet train and relax as you travel to Xi'an. Upon arrival, meet your guide and head to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum.

    Learn about the history of the site and the storey of the first emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang. Admire the thousands of life-sized soldiers, horses, and chariots that were buried with the emperor to protect him in the afterlife.

    After your visit, if time permit you will heading to the Xi'an City Wall. Climb the wall and enjoy panoramic views of the city.

    At the end of your tour, choose to end your tour in Xi'an or travel back to Chengdu.
