Discover Ligurian extra virgin olive oil during a short and relaxed tasting in Monterosso al Mare, in the heart of the Cinque Terre. This experience is designed for travellers who want to enjoy something local without spending hours in a class or sitting through a long meal.

Taste a selection of Ligurian extra virgin olive oils in a simple, non-technical way, learning how to notice differences in aroma, intensity, and flavour. The oils are paired with small local bites inspired by Ligurian food culture.

Depending on seasonality and availability, pairings may include bread, vegetables, local cheese, fresh ingredients, and other simple flavours that help show how olive oil changes with food. Finish with a final surprise pairing, a small unexpected taste that makes the tasting more memorable.
