Domaine Guinand opens its doors for an exceptional day of manual harvesting and discovering the profession of winemaker.
We will go to the vineyard by tractor. The winemaker will give a presentation on the estate and the terroir. During the morning of manual harvesting, a winemaker's breakfast is included (pastries, cured meats, coffee, wine, etc.). We will take the harvest back to the winery. A tour by Fabien, the winemaker, will be offered, as well as a tasting of a juice in the process of fermentation.
Before the meal in the park, a tasting of the estate's wines will be offered.
You can continue the afternoon with a game of pétanque (remember to bring your own balls).
A change of clothing is recommended.
