We set sail from Bahía Túnel, just 18 km from El Chaltén and 220 km from El Calafate, to begin an experience that combines sailing, trekking, and glacier viewing.
Once on board, the boat takes us south along the coast, where we can see the imposing Huemul Massif. After about 40 minutes, we arrive at Cabo de Hornos Bay, the starting point of an easy trek to a panoramic vantage point on the peninsula, from where the spectacular Tempanos Bay unfolds before us.
The adventure continues with a close-up view of the front of the Viedma Glacier, an unforgettable experience that lets you feel the magnitude and strength of this ice giant. Finally, we return to the cruise port with hearts filled with images and emotions that only Patagonia can offer.
