What you can expect

Departure at 09.30 from Via dusmet 13 (in front of the kiosk bar)

First stop: Nicolosi (20 minutes)

We will travel towards the southern side of Etna, making a 20-minute stop in Nicolosi, a small village located on the slopes of the volcano. Here you can take the opportunity to make a coffee or take some photos.
Second stop: Rifugio Sapienza (2 hours)

We will continue towards the Sapienza Refuge, located at an altitude of 1900 metres. Here you will have two hours of free time to explore the forest craters and admire the breathtaking view of Etna.
Third stage: Return to Catania

After free time at Rifugio Sapienza, we will begin the journey back to Catania.

The tour is available in Italian and English.
The total duration of the tour is approximately 5 hours.
The tour price includes transport
We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing water and a jacket.
