Overview

We will gather in our cosy kitchen before leaving with our local foodie to go shopping at the famous and vibrant food market at the Plaza de Lugo in city centre Coruña. We will see the varieties of sea food and fish just coming from the boats and ready for selling. We will be immersed in the trading environment with locals. A great opportunity to learn about the Galician gastronomic culture. Pencil & Fork will buy all products we will need for the cooking session and we will return to our kitchen just a few minutes walking from the market. Once there we will be ready to roll up our sleeves and start cooking. We will finish eating everything we have prepared with a glass of local wine, red or white, is up to you. Are you in?
