Overview
Tucked in Yangshuo’s karst terrain, Qixian Peak features misty high-altitude organic tea plantations with clean soil, perfect for premium tea growth.
Tea Picking
Spring (Apr–May) and autumn are prime picking seasons. Visitors wear bamboo hats and baskets to pluck tender tea shoots with local farmers’ guidance.
Handmade Tea Processing
Guests learn traditional craft steps: fixation, rolling and drying. You can stir-fry fresh leaves yourself and taste your homemade tea.
Tea Varieties
Organic green teas under the Cuiyu brand, including maojian, longjing and biluochun, famous for mellow flavour and sweet aftertaste.
Tea Culture Activities
Seasonal tea-opening rituals, Ancient Tea Horse Road tours and classic Chinese tea ceremony shows.
Reminder
The tea mountain is remote. Book Didi rides in advance; local private transfer is available at a slightly higher price.

Highlights
Located on the west bank of Li River, Xingping, Xianggong Mountain is Yangshuo’s top photography viewpoint. A short 15–20 min climb brings you a bird’s-eye view of winding Li River and layered karst peaks, famous for sunrise, sea of clouds and golden morning glow.
