Svíčková Na Smetaně: Czech beloved national dish made from tender beef, a thick blended root vegetable sauce (carrots, parsley root, and celery), and double cream, traditionally flavoured with juniper, allspice, and bay leaves, and served with bread dumplings, cranberries, and a slice of lemon

Pečená kachna: Czech roast duck leg with sweet and sour braised red cabbage - the tender duck features crisp skin seasoned with caraway seeds, paired with cabbage simmered with onions, vinegar, and sugar, and served with bread or potato dumplings.
