What you can expect

Be picked up at the Le Havre/Honfleur Cruise Terminal and get transferred to Point du Hoc. Relax in your private minibus on a 2-hour ride to the destination. From there, take a short walk to reach the cliffs overlooking the ocean. Take in views of fascinating bomb craters and bunkers along the way. At the highest point of the cliff, enjoy the breathtaking scenery over the ocean.

Afterwards, head to Omaha Beach to take a leisurely stroll along the coast while breathing in the fresh ocean air. A nearby museum can be optionally visited. Next, continue the tour to the Normandy American Cemetery to pay tribute to the fighters of the battle. Stop by the visitor centre for a detailed exhibition about the war.

Lastly, return to Le Havre/Honfleur by minibus where you'll be dropped off at the cruise terminal.
