    Step into our professional kitchen for a 100% hands-on culinary journey. Forget about just watching a chef: in this workshop, you're the chef. With the guidance of local experts, you'll learn the authentic techniques behind Spain's most iconic dishes.

    The menu: a 5-course feast
    We'll start by preparing three classic tapas that represent the heart of Spanish gastronomy:

    Bread with tomato: the quintessential Catalan classic.

    Spanish potato omelette: Learn the secret to flipping it perfectly.

    Chorizo in red wine: sautéed to perfection in a rich red wine reduction.

    Then we move on to the star of the show: the paella de marisco. You'll learn how to prepare the perfect “sofrito” and achieve that golden texture of the rice that the locals love so much.

    Drink and socialise
    The best part? The sangría flows from start to finish! Enjoy our exclusive homemade recipe (alcoholic or “junior” versions available) throughout the workshop. When we've finished cooking, we'll gather around the table to enjoy the meal you've prepared in a fun and social atmosphere.
