1. Spring Rolls: learn about the technique of preparing and rolling the spring rolls as well
2. Bamboo: Learn how to peel and prepare with local fresh herbs & onion leaf (subject to availability)
3. Chinese black mushrooms - a kind of mushroom is grown wild in the cool forests surrounding Sa Pa
4. Tofu with Tomato: The local Dzay tribe are known for making tofu from scratch, we will get this from them. We will show you how to prepare this with delicious flavour
5. Red & Yellow Sticky Rice: learn how we go through the process of colouring rice, which is done naturally from a flower (yellow) and leaf (red) that grows up in the mountains (subject to availability)
6. Fresh Rice: Grown from our own rice terraces, our chef will explain the process of planting, growing, and harvesting rice. We are surrounded by rice terraces so you will be able to see some of the stages up close
7. Fried Chicken: We will season and prepare the chicken for frying (Chickens are free range at our home)
8. Pork: You will get to learn how we prepare pork our traditional way
9. Dessert: Watermelon or Cucumber
