Mount Etna is home to a wealth of volcanic caves, teeming with wonders and spectacular tunnels. With the names of the Etna DOC line, we aimed to convey the meaning of the region’s uniqueness and the sense of a one-of-a-kind experience.
Produced from vines bathed in the Sicilian sun, which gaze in wonder at the sea from the slopes of Mount Etna, these wines are made exclusively from the native grape varieties Carricante, Cataratto, Nerello Mascalese, and Nerello Cappuccio. The grapes are grown in our family’s vineyards, located at altitudes between 2,800 and 3,000 feet above sea level, where their roots delve into soils of volcanic origin.

We produce our oils under 4 labels (Oil 02 is currently not available), each of which reflects the nuances of a region that is diverse in terms of its soil, climate, and flora. Nocellara Etnea, the volcano's premier variety, is used in varying proportions in our four production lines, each of which bears a designation of origin and a quality label (PDO and PGI).
