You meet your instructor at the peaceful Pasha’s Gardens, a hidden green oasis in the heart of Thessaloniki. Surrounded by trees, artistic stone structures, and quiet pathways, you step away from the busy city and into a calm natural setting.
The session begins with gentle breathing exercises to awaken your body and mind. You then move into a slow, beginner-friendly yoga flow designed to stretch, release tension, and help you feel grounded. Birds, soft morning light, and the scent of nature create a deeply relaxing atmosphere.
