What you can expect

  • Visit Podrumi Vukoje 1982, a winery that has been crafting premium wines and spirits in limited quantities for over four decades. The winery combines modern technology and carefully controlled fermentation with traditional ageing in oak barrique barrels, in cellars located eight metres below ground—an approach focused entirely on quality and reflected in numerous awards in Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad.

    Choose between two tasting experiences—both include a guided winery tour and a tasting of 3 premium wines, with the option to add food:

    Option 1: Winery tour + tasting of 3 premium wines + 1 spirit (distillate) + a traditional Herzegovinian platter.

    Option 2: Winery tour + tasting of 3 premium wines + 1 spirit (distillate) + a 4-course lunch or dinner (depending on the time of your visit), featuring:

    “Poljak” bean pâté with Vukoje extra virgin olive oil
    Beetroot tartare with aromatic chicken on homemade mileram (cultured cream)
