The tasting begins with Tuscan olive oil and continues with a traditional starter accompanied by a glass of Chianti Classico D.O.C.G., a first course paired with Vino Nobile di Montepulciano D.O.C.G., a main course paired with Brunello di Montalcino D.O.C.G., and concludes with a dessert and Vin Santo di Montepulciano D.O.C. Each pairing is designed to enhance the flavours and tell the storey of Tuscany’s food and wine.
