First, you will be guided through the winery's terraced vineyards, where you will learn about the suitability of the soil, the importance of biodiversity for wine production and the naturalistic components surrounding the winery, while admiring the panoramic views of the surrounding area.
The visit continues in the winery, specifically in the cooperage where you will learn about the art of making wine, the most detailed methodologies and the peculiarities of ageing in wood.
Finally, it will be time for a sensory tasting of 4 wines, accompanied by a platter of local cured meats and cheeses and some baked delicacies.
