Welcome to the Hike Yoga Adventure Tour, much more than just a hike: it's a sensory journey carefully crafted for you to disconnect from the urban hustle and bustle and reconnect with your essence.

This unique experience combines the adventure of a challenging climb with ancient wellness practices, culminating in a feeling of wholeness. It is a celebration of movement, stillness, and life.
Journey in 4 sacred acts:

1. The Conscious Ascent (Ascent to the Peak)
   The adventure begins at dawn, following a breathtaking trail in one of our exclusive settings, such as the imposing Pedra da Gávea, the majestic Pedra Bonita, the iconic Dois Irmãos, the gentle Pedra do Pontal trail, or the serene refuge of Mirante Caeté (Prainha). More than reaching the top, we value each step, encouraging a mindful hike that is connected to the surrounding nature.

2. Expansion at the Top of the World.
   When we reach the summit with a breathtaking panoramic view. Here, a revitalising yoga class will be conducted, harmonising postures (asanas) with breathing techniques (pranayama). This practice is open to all levels and aims to stretch the body, after or during the ascent, calming the mind and opening the heart.

3. The Bath of Serenity.
   You will be enveloped by the deep, therapeutic vibrations of a sound bath (sound healing). With instruments such as Tibetan bowls, bells, a tuning fork, and a native flute, the sound waves will promote a deep meditative state, dissolving tensions and restoring your energy field. It is a subtle massage for the soul.

4. To end this experience on a high note, we will celebrate with a plant-based picnic with fresh, natural foods. It's time to socialise, share, and nourish the body with tasty, energising foods while enjoying the view and the company.
