    You will then move on to the practical phase of the activity: you will learn how to prepare and balance the two essential creams, the classic vanilla cream and the rich cocoa cream. Then you'll make the traditional liqueur syrup to soak the savoiardi to perfection. And finally, you will proceed to the composition.
