Visit the winery cellar and check out the barrels made in 1850 that are still in use today, discover the century-old oak barrels that we still use to make our wines and discover our barrel made for the Universal Exhibition of 1900. Learn how they lend a certain irreplaceable note of flavour to the wines they hold.
From the facts and figures of Alsatian wines to the secrets of winemaking to the history of the region, everything will be shown and explained to you.

Since 2020, we offer our visitors a new activity. We have a scenographic experience in the cellar with a 180° immersive video projected on barrels : unique in France… It is a film about my rather rich personal history, and about my work philosophy. The whole video is projected in the cellar, on century-old oak barrels at 180° (mapping on some sequences) with sound work, throwing the audience in total immersion in my storey. Ask as many questions as you want and delight in your senses of smell and taste.I welcome you to the cellar with a glass of wine to start the tasting. We will then watch an informative video on the Alsace wine-making process (adapted for children).

We will continue this “Wine time” (tea time around wine) in our tearoom with sweet and salty delicacies : cheese, sausage, delicatessen…
