This exclusive product is composed of two parts. In the first part of this product, you will visit the Pilsner Urquel Experience where you will discover the storey of Pilsner Urquell, the world's first golden lager that revolutionized brewing over 180 years ago!

You can find your ticket for this exhibition in the online audio guide, for which we will send you login details via separate email on the day of your visit.

As part of The Original Tour, you'll be transported back in time through a state-of-the-art audio guide, video mapping, a light show, and a projection that explains how the first Pilsner-style beer came to be. Each visitor goes independently with headphones with surround sound in their preferred language. There are many individual languages to choose from on-site, such as CZ, EN, DE, ES, FR, IT, JP, CN.

During the tasting of this Pilsner golden drink, you will meet the first brewer of the Pilsner brewery, and then you will be eager to learn about the processes of brewing beer - you will be introduced to the raw materials used to brew beer, the hot brewhouse, and the famous lager cellars! During the tour, you'll also learn about the importance of foam in each of the three unique ways beer is tapped, and you'll also have lots of fun in the 360° game room.

This unique tour continues in the iconic brewpub on the top floor of the building, where two more beers from experienced tappers await you - have you tasted the milk yet? You can also join one of our shows in the beer garden! And if you visit the branded shop, you can take home a hand-engraved wing or a bottle of Pilsner Urquell with your name on it.

The second part of our product consists of an amazing walk through the centre of Prague with our online audio guide, which will take you to the city's most famous historical centre, where the audio guide will recommend visiting individual breweries and pubs in addition to the history for your Czech beer adventure.

How to redeem a ticket:
1) On the day of your reservation you will receive an email with login information to your Audioguide around 9 am in the morning. (If you can not see this email, please check your SPAM folder)
2) Please click the link in your email that will redirect you to a login page - all of the login information is prefilled. If not, you can find them in the email.
3) Please hit the login button.
4) In the Audioguide menu, you will find an Entry ticket.
5) Please show this entry ticket at the entrance to Pilsner Urquell Experience.
6) You are in.
7) After you enjoy your visit, please go back to the Audio guide, open Stage 1 and start your Audio guide city tour.
8) Hit the play button, and enjoy!
