Embark on an extraordinary off the beaten track adventure from Chiang Mai (within our pickup area)! Combining raw jungle hiking, rare geological wonders, local culture, authentic food, and interactive waterfall climbing, this tour showcases northern Thailand's best kept secrets.

1. The Pa Sak Ngam Hiking Trails (8 km Loop around 4 hrs, through Reservoir, Caves, Waterfall & Viewpoint)
   Your journey begins with a comfortable pick-up from your Chiang Mai accommodation (within our pickup area).
   Travel northeast to Pa Sak Ngam Village, a peaceful local community serving as our trekking trailhead. From the village, step directly into the Jungle Trek—a newly opened, unpaved trail preserved in its natural, wild state. Cross muddy paths, step over fallen bamboo, and navigate shallow stream crossings via log bridges while discovering wild mushrooms and vibrant jungle flowers.

2. Pa Sak Ngam Reservoir:
   Along the trail, stop by the serene Pa Sak Ngam Reservoir, where you can take in the vast open sky and often spot local water buffaloes swimming peacefully in the water.

3. Stalactite Cave:
   Continue your exploration into the Stalactite Cave, an unlit, completely natural cave filled with ancient rock formations and a small local shrine.

4. Red Sand Area:
   Next, emerge onto Red Sand—a striking red mudstone canyon terrain that is the only natural red sand spot in Chiang Mai.

5. Bat Cave:
   Afterwards, venture towards the Bat Cave, a dark natural cavern where bats roost overhead alongside a sacred golden Buddha statue.

6. Afram Waterfall:
   Wrap up the jungle loop with a descend to Afram Waterfall, a hidden multi-tiered cascade nestled deep in the forest, perfect for cooling your feet in clear stream pools.

7. Pan Din Vid Viewpoint:
   Then, walk up the shaded path to the Pan Din Vid Viewpoint to admire panoramic views over the lush mountain valley.

8. Lunch at a Local Restaurant
   After completing your 4-hour jungle hike, take a well-deserved break at a nearby local restaurant to enjoy a Thai meal. Relax in a comfortable countryside setting, refuel your energy, and get ready as we transfer to our next exciting destination.

9. Bua Thong Sticky Waterfall & Seven Colours Fountain
   Take a short drive to the famous Bua Thong Waterfalls (Sticky Waterfalls). Due to the unique rough limestone deposit, the rocks provide incredible grip — allowing you to climb directly UP the flowing waterfall without slipping!
   Stroll along wooden boardwalks to visit the hidden Seven Colours Fountain (Nam Phu Chet Si), a stunning mineral spring with crystal-clear emerald-blue waters.

10. Return Journey
    Around 16:00, hop back into the air-conditioned van for a smooth drive back. You will arrive safely at Chiang Mai between 17:00 and 18:00.
