Upon arrival, you will be welcomed to the agriturismo and start with a brief introduction: we will tell you about our history, the culture of oil in Puglia, and what “ORGANIC” really means when it comes from the land and daily work. Then we move on to the experience: a guided food tasting to learn how to recognise the aromas and characteristics of quality oil (fruity, bitter, spicy) and understand how to discern the differences.

During the tasting, the oil is enhanced with simple and authentic pairings: bread and selected local delicacies, to let you experience how a dish changes when seasoned with a truly good extra virgin olive oil. It's a convivial, relaxing experience suitable for everyone: families, couples, groups of friends, and curious tourists.
