Activity itinerary

The experience begins in the small experimental vineyard located in front of the winery, where you will learn about the vine cycle, ecological viticulture, and the role of the Monastrell variety in Jumilla. Afterwards, he will tour the actual facilities of Bodegas Carchelo: the production area, the barrel room, and the bottling area. During the tour, we will explain how we work and what decisions are involved in the making and raising of our wines. The visit concludes with a guided tasting of five Carchelo wines, accompanied by an individual platter of cheeses and Iberian cured meats. The experience is led by staff from the winery, in a close environment, with time to chat and ask questions. The total duration is approximately two hours.
